Refund policy

Big Sky Innovations Pty Ltd accepts free returns for items that are faulty or shipped incorrectly.  If an item does not fit or is the wrong size ordered, it can be returned for exchange or a refund as per our terms and conditions below. Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your invoice. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untampered with, and in the original condition that you received it.  If the item is not returned in its original condition and deemed unsatisfactory upon inspection, the exchange or refund may not be accepted. 

 

Please ensure the item you purchase is the correct item and size you want.  If a mistake is made, please contact us immediately before the item ships so we can correct or cancel the order.  Once the item has been shipped and you wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

 

We do not charge any return or restocking fees on items that are faulty or shipped incorrectly. Return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee applies to items returned for refund as a result of incorrect model/size/fit ordered, or other reasons not due to our error.

 

Please choose carefully before you make your purchases as we can’t offer refund for change of mind.  Refunds are also not accepted on discounted sale items, gift cards, items purchased under promotional offers.

 

Proof of purchase: 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping: 
To return your product, (we will email you the address) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary between 5 to 10 business days on average.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 2-7 working days for your bank to process the refund into your account.

 

Partial refunds (if applicable):
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. This may include any item not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bigskyinnovations.com.au

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bigskyinnovations.com.au and we can organise this.

 

Cancellations:
If a pre-order is placed with us we will reach out to you to make sure you are happy to wait for stock to arrive.  Please note if you accept these terms and there is a change of mind in purchase before item ships you may have to pay an admin fee which is deducted from your full purchase amount. This is to cover the gateway fees we incur by providers.

 

 

WARRANTY

COVERED

  • 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in the materials and workmanship of the Inflatable Pontoon/Platform/InflataFENCE.
  • The warranty is only valid to the original owner.
  • It is up to Big Sky Innovations Pty Ltd to determine whether to repair or replace any defective parts.

 

NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and discoloration.
  • Damage from misuse or abuse from hitting objects and improper maintenance.
  • Damage from extreme weather or environmental conditions.
  • Damage from improper installation, transportation or storage of the Inflatable Pontoon/Platform/InflataFENCE.
  • Damage caused by alterations to the Inflatable Pontoon/Platform/InflataFENCE and or original parts.
  • Original invoice is the proof of purchase for your warranty claim.
